Mark was here right on time and assessed the issue with my refrigerator. Letting me know a couple of different things. He was honest and didn't want me to waste money on trying a bunch if different things since getting parts maybe difficult because of the brand and a lot of parts are no longer available. Thank you for giving me options instead of charging me a bunch of money trying different things. He's very honest.

Our 15 year old fridge died and, as usual, parts are no longer available. Mark found us a replacement that is larger than the original but still fit almost perfectly in the same spot. He even offered to loan us a bar sized fridge until our new one was shipped from Indiana. He showed up on time for the install and had us up a running in a few hours. That included having to run wires across our motorhome to the batteries and swapping the way the door opens (left side to right side). Thanks, Mark.
